By any wild chance do any you guys on my F-list have old eps of SG1? The Kid Unit and I were wondering if someone might have copies of the 3 eps that 'lead up' to Atlantis. I think they are called 48 Hours, and Redemption I/II and I think they are 7th season. If so, we'd be willing to reimburse for media and mailing costs to get copies.

I have DVDs of seasons 1-7 and downloads of all of season 8. If you don't mind DVD rips burned to CD, I can have 'em in the mail to you tomorrow, probably.

I do, however, have a DVD burner at work and can burn you DVDs of said eps if you like. This will take longer, as I have yet to even try to use the DVD burner (it's new), but...DVDs. *grins*

Oh, I forgot to mention--it is probably worth noting that those three eps actually don't have much to do with Atlantis at all. That is, they don't mention the lost city or anything of that variety. What they do have are the first appearances of McKay.

If you want the actual eps that lead up to the point where Atlantis kicks off, those are Lost City parts 1 and two (7th season) and New Order parts 1 and 2 (eighth season). New Order parts 1 and 2 feature the first appearance of Dr. Weir (played by Jessica Steen in Lost City and by Torri Higginson of Atlantis in New Order).

Earlier eps in the same plot arc are Full Circle, Fallen, and Homecoming, but these are only related to Atlantis in that they are following false leads in their search for it.

Ack. Well, I'd still love to see Rodney's Debut. Um... it sounds like there are a whole bunch I need, then. Maybe you should just give me anything you think I should have. :-D

Be careful--I'm liable to try to suck you into Stargate in general. *grins* I love that series.

I'll have to ponder which eps are really necessary. My gut reaction is to give you the ones you asked for (for Rodney) and then Lost City 1 & 2 and New Order 1 & 2. There are big chunks of those that don't apply, but it wouldn't make much sense if I just cut out the bits that did. *g*
