Bringing Party Favors to Hell

Any marching band geeks out there? The small town of Windsor, Colorado, was hard hit by tornadoes last year and have been working hard to recover since then. Their high school marching band was chosen to march in the Inaugural Parade, which is happening next week. Unfortunately, according to a story on a local public radio program this morning, they haven't even raised half of the funds they need to make the trip.
