You see the headline: Iran tests 'new anti-ship weapon' and wonder what they've got against character pairings.

In other news, we went to see The Dark Knight this weekend.

The kidunit loved it and has been raving about it ever since, but I'm going to buck the fannish trend here and say it wasn't the best movie I've ever seen. It wasn't even the best movie I've seen this summer. It had at least one ending too many, and I guess I'm just not hip and nihilistic enough to like my comic book movies that dark. So I'm sticking to Iron Man as my favorite movie of the summer so far.
