Yayz! Stephanie won!! She was my favorite. I was SO worried that Lisa was going to snag it there at the last because they kept raving about her soup and dessert but in the end, Stephanie got it. I would have been fine with either Stephanie or Richard but I really didn't want Lisa to get it. Poor Richard kind of lost it there, I felt badly for him. On the other hand he did get to show Eric Ripert how to use liquid nitrogen, that's got to count for something. :D

Speaking of Eric Ripert, I think he and Lisa Garza from Next Food Network Star must go to the same spray-tan place. ;D

I'm glad Stephanie won, too. She was always very classy, never bitchy like Lisa, who was just very unpleasant. I do feel bad for Richard. He put a lot on the line to compete, but hopefully he made enough connections and impressed enough people so that he'll be able to do well for his family.

Stephanie really was classy, all along. The way she reacted to Dale leaving that pork-belly out all night last week was a prime example. Richard really stepped up to the plate, admitting he had a bad night. But heck, his bad night was probably better than my best!
