I apologize to anyone whom my last entry offended. I obviously didn't consider all the ramifications. Live and learn. The hard way.

In the future I'll use cut tags even for mood spoilers.

Um...it's your journal so why apologize? If you want to post a whole 'Rosebud was a sled' and even a 'diving tanks can't be blown up by a bullet the shark should live' then that's your thing....(if you're doing the sarcastic thing then i apologize...but the sad mood and the icon gave me the idea you're serious so...)

I apologized because I truly didn't mean to offend or slight anyone. I actually thought I was being humorous. But someone was upset by my comment and I feel badly about it and I believe in owing up to my mistakes.

Well, i get the owing up part and you have to do what you think is right, but i hope you don't start censoring yourself for fear of upsetting someone. *Would offer cookies and tea but i see there was already talk of Vodka so ;) Hope you feel better soon.

I think we all censor ourselves socially, all the time. It's a normal thing to do. It's just that sometimes on LJ I forget that I don't exist in a vacuum. It's harder, in cyberspace, to remember that.
