This made my day: Huge fine for anti-gay US church A church whose members cheered a soldier's death as "punishment" for US tolerance of homosexuality has been told to pay $10.9m (£5.2m) in damages. I just hope it doesn't get knocked down on appeal. ::fingers metaphorically crossed::

Happy Halloween, or Blessed Samhain if you celebrate that way. Yes, I dressed up today. I'm a pirate, arrr! Not many people around work dressed up, it's just me and my minion on this floor, but I'm getting lots of compliments on the costume. Thank goodness 'boho' is in, so I only had to make the skirt, petticoat, and embellish the hat. :) ( A couple of pix behind the cut. )

Tonight I will be remembering Robert Goulet (on whom I had a huge crush when I was young) and Chef Tell along with all the others who have passed the veil this year. Blessings on you. Be at peace.
