So I'm probably just talking to aukestrel here...

Is it wrong that I was cheering Miles on when he was whaling on his sister's asshole ex-boyfriend? 'Cause I was. And I have to say it seemed pretty skanky that everyone just stood there and watched Miles getting beaten up without doing a thing, but once the tables were turned and he got the better of the bully, everyone was on the bully's side. Grrrr.

Did anyone else notice that the way Miles was calling for his dad sounded a lot like Nim does when he's bleating for Miles? I don't know if that was deliberate, but it was kind of cool.

Normally the Rich and Laura show bores me and it mostly did this time, too, until Davis Lee had her alone there toward the end. I have to admit that for once I was impressed by Lake Bell's acting. She really came across like she was scared to death. Nice job.

So, Kessler's creating an ark, eh? He's going to wipe humankind off the planet and start over? Ah, where's the UNCLE when you need it? They'd be just the thing to take care of an old-fashioned megalomaniac like that. ;)

I know! I can't believe no one's standing up for Miles at all! What is WITH those people? Savannah totally rocked though.

And there is just NO WAY those police or those people would go up against Miles' big-time lawyer-dad. I don't think the police could even come in the house without a warrant and I'm not sure they could get one without some trouble... the mom was right to not talk to them at all without the husband-lawyer present. Ye gods.

I still don't buy Laura's ex's abrupt change of heart, etc., but I guess they had to come up with some way for Laura to get captured. Good job on Rich getting into the command post or whatever it is.

I am now hoping Nim's brethren wipe at least Miles' town off the face of the earth if nothing else. Grrrr!

Laura's ex... I had a feeling that was gonna happen after her last conversation with him. And I'm with you on the Fate of Miles' town. They need to be removed from the gene pool.

Did you get the impression the Big-Nims actually *caused* the earthquake? I did.

PS - this time it said "the season finale" instead of the series finale. I hope that means Nim will be back next year...
