Surface, SGA, Survey

I don't think anyone else I know is watching Surface, but I gotta say, they'd better not make Nim hurt Miles! ::whimper::

On the SGA front, I am hoping someone puts The Hive up for d/l sometime soon. As usual, I am jealous of Canadians.

Finally, a fandom survey gakked from aukestrel. This is sort of interesting. I wonder if the results are being tabulated somewhere?

When did you first start reading/writing fanfiction?	Um, I think I started in fifth grade. That would have been... *cringes* 1969 or so.
What was your first fandom?	First fandom I wrote in? ST:TOS. But before that I was a big fan of Man from UNCLE & Wild Wild West.
First ship?	Depends on the definition of ship. I guess it was probably Methos/Duncan in Highlander.
What website do you use most?	I use a variety, not one in particular.
What do you think of Fanfiction.net?	I don't use it much, but my impression is that it's a wretched hive of scum and villainy.
What fandoms have you written in?	ST:TOS, ST:TNG, X-Files, Space: Above & Beyond, Profiler, Prey, Highlander, Due South, Smallville, Man from UNCLE
Pairings?	Too many to name. Recently, Duncan/Methos, Fraser/RayK, Clark/Lex, and Napoleon/Illya.
Any fandoms you would like to write in?	Stargate: Atlantis, but it's not coming together.
Do reviews affect how you write in any way?	I try not to let them, but it's difficult not to, hence I try not to read them.
Do you use a beta?	I usually use several, some for grammar, some for content/structrure, some for canon.
What ratings do you read/write?	Mostly NC17 but some PG and R. Maybe a G or two.
What warnings have you used on your fiction/read?	Mostly a no-minors warning. Mild kink for toys on one or two. Once an underage warning.
Do you have any squicks?	Serious bondage. Bloodplay. Non-con. Incest. Death.
Do you Role-play online? If so, what?	Nope.
Have you ever stolen something from another person's work?	Nope.
Favorite fandom to write/read?	A variety.
Favorite pairing?	A variety.
Favorite writer/writers?	Too many to name.
How long should a chapter be?	There is no set length for a chapter. It can be a sentence long, or many, many paragraphs.
Do you write/read drabbles?	Occasionally.
Any fandoms you avoid?	Harry Potter
Pairings you avoid?	Due South: Fraser/RayV, RayK/RayV, Stargate:Atlantis- Kavanagh/Anybody.
Warnings you avoid?	See squicks listing.
Do the number of reviews tell how good a story is?	Not in the slightest.
What do you think of Mary Sues?	Usually they are annoying, but occasionally amusing.
