I don't often rec things, but this one really must be recced, even though it was just posted a few minutes ago. I got to read it in draft form as it was being written over the past year or so, and it's truly an amazing story.

cordwainer_s (aka Cord Smithee). It's a Man From UNCLE fic, about 160K (words not KB) and very much NC17. Here's the brief synop from Chromeandgunmetal.com:
"I don't want to wear his uniform and I don't want his damned astigmatism and I don't want his sadistic streak and I do not want his smile. And I don't want ageing Nazis looking at me like the fountain of immortality and their youthful indiscretions all rolled into one."
