For those of you waiting with 'bated breath to hear the next installment of the cat saga (all two of you!), the landlord said it was fine, so we're good to go! They won't let us take home a 'broken' cat so Mikage has to be 'fixed' before we can have him, but all is set and we should have him in 6 days. :)
