So, childhood idols are dropping like flies, I'm in debt up to my eyeballs, they've cut a position at work so I have to do twice as much work, the kidunit needs to see the dentist but no longer has dental insurance... the list goes on and on.

But hey, I haven't caught H1N1 (yet), my mom is doing well, and there's new Fringe tonight! I can immerse myself in fantasy-land and pretend all is right with the world.

*pets you*

Is it a good idea to try Fringe if I haven't seen any of the first season? I'm on the waiting list at work -- #19 with only two copies, more's the pity.

Thank you.

As for Fringe... um, that's a tough one. I'd say you probably need to see season 1 first, because even though a lot of stuff in the eps stands alone, there's definitely an arc, and I suspect tonight's ep will need some explaining as it will (should, anyway!) continue from the season-ender which was kind of cliffhangery.
