A (good) cause?

Any marching band geeks out there? The small town of Windsor, Colorado, was hard hit by tornadoes last year and have been working hard to recover since then. Their high school marching band was chosen to march in the Inaugural Parade, which is happening next week. Unfortunately, according to a story on a local public radio program this morning, they haven't even raised half of the funds they need to make the trip. Another one gone.

Another icon of my youth is gone. Patrick McGoohan passed away. Even though he's done a million other things, I will always remember him as Number Six in The Prisoner.

ETA: Wow, two in one day! I just heard that Ricardo Montalban has also passed away. I shall have to scream a memorial "KHAAAAAAN!!!!!!" in his honor. :(
