I meant to post this last Friday when I saw it in sithdragn's journal but got busy and then forgot, so I am doing it now. Which means it's the Wednesday Five instead of the Friday Five. :)

1. Favorite cereal and why?

Post Selects Maple Pecan Crunch. Because... Maple! Pecans! Oats! Because it's yummy and I can pretend it's healthy since it sort of looks like granola.

2. What is the best thing about summer?

Uhh... um.... hrm.... not having to scrape ice off the car windows? (Not a big fan of summer.)

3. Would you rather have a slurpee or a milkshake?

Milkshake. Preferably a home-made one using Breyers Natural Vanilla ice cream. :) (Though a DQ Mr. Misty Freeze is the best of both worlds-- slurpee and milkshake in one!)

4. If you could be a member of any band/musical group, past or present, what band would it be and why?

Oh man... um... Heart. I always wanted their clothes. (Who me, a child of the 70's?)

5. Who is your idol? What are they famous for?

My idol is Admiral Grace Hopper, computer science pioneer, role model, and author of the famous quote: "It's easier to ask forgiveness than it is to get permission." Because she is just that cool.
