Sentiments etc.

Bones: I do not think we have seen the last of Zach, or Gormagon, or the slightly skeevy psychologist/profiler.

House: That was utterly excruciating. Utterly. And it surprised me that they killed off Amber despite me knowing that Mrs. John Watson died. Why'd they have to make me LIKE her first? Argh!! Also-- Robert Sean Leonard is amazing.

I could not even bring myself to watch House.

And my god, Bones did not amuse and the slightly skeevy was brought to new heights in the episode tonight. AWFUL.

It's VERY disappointing, and the reveal felt extremely tacked on. Perhaps if we'd had a whole season, they could have made the suspicion spin out over several episodes, to build enough evidence and suspicious behavior up that it could be more believable. SIGH.

And weren't we supposed to find Angela's original husband sometime late this season?

I think a lot of things were lost to the writer's strike. Including, apparently, the writer's brains.

(Oh, and for some reason in my head I persist in 'casting' Jason Momoa as Angela's first husband.)

I am so not happy about Bones. First of all, they totally denied us any real angst about Booth being shot, just blew it off like it was no big deal. Then to top it off, they made Zack a killer!!! WTF, Bones!!! I hated that episode. Make the creepy profiler the killer, not Zack.

As for House, I cried like a big baby. I didn't even like Amber, but she changed when she was with Wilson as did Wilson. She was more human, and he was more Wilson. *g* They made a very good couple, mabye because she was sort of a female House, but, still... It was heart-wrenching to watch. I don't know what this is going to do to House and Wilson's friendship, but it can't be good and House only has Wilson. It's going to be rough.

I agree about Bones... the whole ep seemed slapdash and ill thought out.

And I cried like a big baby during House, too. My only hope for next season is that they handled this season's arc far better than in previous seasons, so maybe next season they will somehow manage to handle healing the House/Wilson friendship decently.

Oh, the layers of guilt and grief in House!! (At least Holmes wasn't partially responsible, insofar as he was an asshole, for Mary's death. . .)

Yeah, it's going to be tough to come back from this one.

Yeah, I cried during the last 10 minutes of HOUSE, and I KNEW I was being manipulated. Still, making Wilson be the one to turn off the bypass machine -- ow. Ow ow ow ow ow. And the actress who plays Amber deserves to get a Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Emmy.

Of course, you know what I REALLY want to see? I want to see Amber become House's Caprica 6, someone who pops up every so often in his subconscious to critizice a diagnosis or one of his more asinine personal choices. He deserves to be haunted by her, and Egan et al could do a beautiful job with that.

Yeah, you know they did a good job when they can pull that off.

And the actress who plays Amber deserves to get a Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Emmy.

She definitely did. Her expression as Wilson started explaining what was wrong with her, and the way she said "I'm dead." Wow. Stellar acting there.

Cool idea about the haunting, too. That would be interesting.
