Thanks for the link. It's long past time that such a basic request was granted. Not surprised at all that the shrub was vocally anti-Wicca. And yes, I do believe that his opinions had a negative impact in delaying the settlement, even if they won't acknowledge that. Absolutely infuriating that the settlement required that documents on Bush and his anti-Wicca commentshad to be returned without any copies being made or full disclosure. Wonder if a Freedom of Information Act request could get the documents into the public domain?

I don't know, but I would be interested in knowing exactly what he said. That he said something like that does not surprise me, though.
