iTunes Radio?

Do any of you know how to add a station to the list of radio stations on iTunes? Is it even possible? There's nothing in their Help about it. I'd like to play my local NPR station but it's not on their list.

In iTunes, under the Advanced tab, click Open Stream, and type the URL. I don't know if that would work, but you can try.

Or maybe "Subscribe to podcast", but it isn't a podcast, is it?
