This is a disgrace. An utter disgrace. That we can't even send our own soldiers enough food? Reprehensible. Unforgiveable. Unthinkable. But apparently happening.
I agreee completely. I may not support the war itself, but I support the poor men and women who are over there fighting, and the very least they deserve is enough food to keep body and soul together.
that our soldiers are suffering such poor treatment is shameful! they're doing the best they can with the absolute worst support ever shown by our nation's governing idiots.
I don't support the actions and policies of this administration that have our troops there in the first place, but the least they're owed are basics supplies for survival (like food).

Why do I get the feeling there will be a Snopes entry about this coming soon? I somehow feel like I'm being lied to with that article. I have too many questions reading through it.
The thing is, we already know they're not giving them enough body armor, or transport armor, or personnel in general, so it is absolutely no stretch of the imagination at all to believe that they're not getting full rations, either. If it shows up on Snopes I'll certainly point it out, but I did check there before I posted and didn't find anything to contradict it.
