OS Upgrade

The IT guy is coming over tomorrow morning to upgrade my OS on my work computer from Windoze 2000 to Windoze XP. What do I need to remember to copy that I will kick myself if I forget? He'll drag all my data files off to the campus server and then move them back once he's done, so my data files aren't an issue. I know I'll want to copy my bookmark file so I can put them back on after I reinstall my browsers.

Anything else you guys can think of?
