My offspring is into anime cosplay so I spend a lot of time helping attempt to make fabric defy the laws of physics but that dress puts my efforts to shame. :D
ETA: According to another news story the dress was originally meant to have the straps cross in the back but has turned out to be much more popular worn the other way.
