RIP Jerry Goldsmith

Composer Jerry Goldsmith passed away last night. He was 75. He had composed, among many, many other things, the themes for all the Star Trek films and many of the series (though not ToS), and also The Man from UNCLE, Dr. Kildare, Ben Casey, The Fugitive, Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, The Twilight Zone, Perry Mason, Gunsmoke, and on and on. Reading his IMDB entry is like looking at a list of almost every TV show, and half the movies I ever watched.

He will definitely be missed.
