It never occurred to me to do that--I though I had to write something new. :)
I didn't realize it was by invite, either. I whined that I wasn't a member and a couple of months (or something) later, I got an email that I was. I had no idea how it happened.
I think you can also make a request to be a member on the AO3 website, but there's a huge waiting list- I figured it'd be easier to beg for an invite. :)
Oh brilliant, I am trilled that you did, are you under your own name? I know when you post them your going to get so many new fans as you are an amazing writer and one I hope you write more Due South, thank you for inspiring me at times and I hope to get as good as you someday
