Roundup of stuff:
SGA: Have mostly liked this season so far, but I'm finding I really don't care for episodes written by Mallozzi and Mullie (who were responsible for my all-time least favorite ep, The Tower). I thought Travelers was thoroughly pedestrian, and it made John look kind of stupid. Not to mention that I hate it when they try to force-feed us 'chemistry' between characters who have none. John has more chemistry with a practice dummy than he did with Larin.
The only problem with last night's "Chuck" (Chuck vs. the Sandworm) is that I don't really want to slash Chuck and Morgan. But wow, I can't think of any other way to interpret that last bit. They really want us to slash them. They're rubbing our noses in it! Speaking of force-feeding chemistry. However, I did actually laugh out loud when Capt. Awesome previewed his Adam costume for Chuck. "I don't want to see your snake!"
Heroes is doing a very good job keeping me confused. I have no earthly idea where they are going with anything. I'm worried about Mohinder 'cause a) he has no instinct for self-preservation and b) his new partner is Jessica. Hiro-- okay, that's the one thing I did see coming. And I still think West is creepy.
Journeyman: they're giving me just enough of the sci-fi angle to keep me interested. And I am so relieved that the whole Jack/Dan suspicion thing is over at least for the moment. That got old fast, and pretty much convinced me that Jack is an asshole. It may well be a red-herring though, Jack may just be trying to make Dan careless.
I'm liking Women's Murder Club, but Moonlight lost me. Kind of on the fence about Bionic Woman. I keep taping it and not watching it. Criminal Minds is doing fine without Mandy. And as I said the other day, Blood Ties was great last week.
Speaking of Blood Ties, I just found out Tanya Huff has an LJ. Also, she's asking Canadian fans of the show to contact CityTV and let them know you like the show. American fans can contact Lifetime but she's specifically looking for Canadian fen.
