Good news

Thanks, everyone, for the vibes, they seem to have worked! The doctor says there's no sign that my mom had a stroke, and he thinks her problem was related to some adjustments they recently made in her thyroid and pain medications. He took blood samples to analyze and will be working with her to get things stabilized. Y'all do good work! ;D

This is good news! I hope it doesn't take them long to sort out her meds.

(Pardon if you get this twice. LJ is laughing at me.)

\0/ yay!! Meds can wreck havoc on anyone, but older patients need more specialized care I think...

I finally convinced my Mom and we've got an appointment with the local Geriatric clinic. I don't believe her GP has the experience that she needs and considering how medications can affect older patients? I'm glad we're going to get more expert advice.

So glad to hear good news for you and your Mom!
