What's In Your Desk?

[livejournal.com profile] belphebe and I were doing this in email and I thought it would make a fun meme.

What kinds of food and/or drink do you have in your desk (or file cabinet, etc.) at work? I have:

1 bag roasted in-shell unsalted peanuts
1 can Planter's cashew pieces (salted)
Home-made 'everything' bagel chips
1 bag Maple-pecan granola
3 envelopes Kikkoman Tofu-Spinach Miso Instant Soup
1 Nissin Cup o' Noodles (Shrimp)
1 pkg Thai Kitchen Lemongrass & Chili Rice-Noodle Soup
3 pkgs Nissin Chicken Ramen
1 pkg Annie Chun's Udon Soup w/Bok Choy & Shiitake Mushrooms
1 can Campbell's Clam Chowder
1 box Vinta multigrain crackers
Small jar Jif peanut butter (smooth)
Upton Tea Oolong (loose)
Upton Tea Imperial Orange Spice (loose)
Celestial Seasonings Morning Thunder tea
Yogi Tea: Ginger
Hazelnut Belgian Cafe instant coffee
Instant Vanilla Chai mix

So, I'm all set if I get snowed in for a few days. :D

Yes, they were 'everything' bagels. The chips are easy to make. Just slice up some slightly stale bagels thinly (I actually feed them through the slicer on my food-processor) toss them with some melted butter and garlic salt and then put them on a cookie sheet in a single layer and bake them on low heat (200 F.) until they are dry and crisp. The cook-time will depend on your oven and ambient humidity of both air and bagels so I can't really tell you how long, but probably around an hour or so. I suppose you could leave off the butter or use olive oil and make them healthier. :)
