It's amazing to know that no matter what cats will do, they'll always be seen by their pawrents as the purest of angels, descended from heaven to grace us with their presence. And people? They should sit back and enjoy the fact that cats exist. Just appreciate these floofy divine creations. Their antics? They don't matter. The most impurrrrrrtant thing is that we get to live at the same time as cats. In the same timeline. In the same universe.
When your cat decides that the cup you put there on the counter should be pushed to the floor - it doesn't matter. When your cat decides he wants to start parkouring all over your furniture just because - it doesn't matter. When your cat decides that 3 AM is a great hour to present you with the song of their people, loudly, while they run in a zoomies session on the ceiling - it doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is that you have a cat in your house - and that's a great honor.
So if you know your cat is the best (every cat pawrent knows that, and they're all correct) - you also know cat memes are the best. And you should fill your day with as many cat memes as you can, because it's basically filling your day with more cats. And that's always good.
One of the best things about cats is that you can find them in the strangest of places. There is no place too weird to find a cat. You can find them on vacation in a foreign country, while hiking up a meowntain, and even behind a Costco trash compactor. And appawwrently, you can even find a maine coon kitten behind Costco's! A mom found this tiny, fluffy kitten with enormous ears and purrfect paws hiding and shivering in the cold. She scooped him up, brought him home, gave him a warm bath, and didn't even think twice about adopting him.
All of these kitties are presented to you by the Cat Distribution System and a time deemed purrfect for you to bring them into your home. It's a heavy responsibility - caring for the tiny, chaotic furballs of love we call cats. But, in our expurrience, it's 100% worth it. There's nothing like coming home to a choir of meows and headbutts, and always having someone to snuggle with, and never ever eating a meal alone… ever again!

When it comes to new relationships, it's extremely important to look at how your partner treats your cat. We cannot stress this enough. The way that people treat animals in general is something to look at, we think, but especially your pets. How they feel about animals doesn't matter. They should care about your pet because you do. If your partner gets jealous of your cat, if your partner mistreats your cat, if your partner doesn't seem to care or put any effort at all into making your pet like them… these are all red flags.
And if the person that you have been dating for three weeks gives you an ultimatum: it's either me or the cats… Well, we think that the choice is quite simple. And we are happy to report that, unlike in some other cases, this person made the right choice. And on top of making the right choice and sharing their pawsome story with the internet, they decided to bless us all with a picture of the cats that they chose.
By now many of you are no doubt in that stress-filled haze of pre-Christmas panic - the one that results from too much shopping and too little eggnog. (Because, seriously, EGGNOG FIXES EVERYTHING.)
