Aww, dang it, Carla. I'm sad you let Casey talk you out of being you. I think you'd have won, otherwise. I think the judges were really pulling for you. As it is, I'm pretty happy that Hosea won. Now I really have to check out the hometown boy made good. bluster, you up for a trip to Boulder soon?

And I have to admit I am experiencing a good deal of schadenfreude over Stefan's loss.

I wonder how long he's going to stay at Jax before launching out on his own? And yeah.... it was a consensus in our house tonight. Carla would have had the best shot at winning if she'd have stayed true to herself. I was crying. *sniff*

As for Hosea, it'll be interesting to see. There's a restaurant space that's been vacant for a long time not far from my house, which about 2 months ago put up a new sign that says "Agave" and hung out a "Coming Soon"banner. But unlike most other 'coming soon' restaurants in town there's been absolutely no buzz about who owns it, what style food they will serve, or who will the chef will be. As the TC finale got closer and Hosea was still in the running, I started to wonder... guess I'll have to wait and see!
